The SGM Lecce app is completely useless. Does not respond to password change request. Does not allow a new registration. An embarrassment for an otherwise functional urban bus system.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be issues delivering SMS messages (used for registration verification and password resets) to phone numbers with a US prefix. To address this, we have added an option on the verification code entry screen during registration that allows you to request the code via email instead.

Nothing works - registration, search, payment, nothing. Error messages are a joke. Some labels are full of text left from the testing. 

An embarrassing, dysfunctional app for a lovely city.

**Developer response:** Thank you for this feedback. We're genuinely sorry the app has let you down unlike many other app users. We'd love to hear more details if you're open to sharing them so we can lokk into them.

Will only confirm registration to sms but errors out on send to my phone making it useless. Once on this step, you cannot back out and try different iterations to see what *may work, you have to start all over again
