There is a problem their system and this was not captured. True that I was not prompt to pay when the notification came up telling me to collect at UBI, and hence no payment was made. So I reached their warehouse and was informed that my stuff was not there. Reception lady had a hard time tracing my order, logging in and out to see the “submit for shipping” page. And after the 4th try then the details come up. I left my contact for the Customer Service to call back as their hotline is basically engaged all the time. This CS named Kay called back and repeated the standard reply like a programmed robot, never offer any satisfiable solution. When asked to transfer me to the manager he just said he can’t. Wonderful customer service and SGShop expects u to go down to their warehouse again and again due to their own app issue. I’m extremely disappointed w their services, if there is any. EZBuy was a million times better and friendlier. This will be the first time and the last for me using this OUTSTANDING APPLICATION. WOULD HAVE RATED -5 STARS IF THE SYSTEM ALLOWS. ### 1/5 — 0 star *2018-12-17, version 2.0.12* Dont normally make bad review about an app. But this.. really cmi Before checkout the eta was 091218. Now alrdy 171218 1 week passed Customer service no response send few times alrdy Order is problematic and couldnt see whats the problem(not solved). Expecting to delay another 2-3 weeks And also some app problem. Seriously.... ### 1/5 — my top up didn’t go through *2018-09-03, version 2.0.12* I topped up $4 on the first of September but it didn’t go through. Till today I still have not received the top up. This top up is actually for the storage fees. And it already has been 3 days and the storage fees have accumulated as it charges $1 per day. Please do fix this problem . Interface is sluggish and way too many bugs. I ordered one item of 1.6kg. Reading from their guide is should be not more that $8 for ship for me from china but instead of charging weight, the volume is used to calculate shipping fee. Shame on you ! *2023-03-01, version 2.2.8* One of another half way ,and badly done app. It is a waste of space for user phone and waste of time trying to download it. Almost all the item that I click is not available or not on the shelve , app also was hang 10 mins after your download it . They should just remove it on the App Store . Bad app developer , they should be ashamed of their own work! ### 1/5 — Very Bad UI *2021-06-11, version 2.2.8* UI not optimised for latest phone. ### 1/5 — Integrity Issues *2020-12-01, version 2.2.8* A quality defect was found but did not seek advice from the customer. I ordered a book through the SGShop Channel, and a defect was raised indicating minor creases were observed on the cover page but no scratchmarks on the pages (I.e. they have flipped the pages of the book). However, when I had received the product, the book have many blank pages (covering 25% of the book) with no words or contents at all. If they did flip through the pages as they claimed, they would have noticed about the blank pages which was obvious, however, nothing was informed with regards to that. Total disappointment. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever! unbelievable *2020-09-22, version 2.2.6* Lots of bug..... owner doesn’t seems interested to patch and update..... and this is not just a coincidence, it is actually correlated to the slow courier service at premium price being offered. Cannot even sign in... ### 1/5 — Less user-friendly shopping app *2019-02-12, version 2.1.1* Pay for 2 ship for me shipment, 1 sensitive and 1 standard air shipment. End up the sensitive air shipment arrive earlier and standard shipment keep delaying without notification. Ask then tell it was stuck in custom clearance. It was delay 1 week still yet receive the standard shipment. Also, no option for user to choose self collection timing and just decide by themselves. Note that positive change has been made to include optional replacement if my order is not available. But the app interface is poor. Hard to find smartshop items, searching items and many times getting network not stable even though my wifi is on 5 bars.
