And the value of that info is also redundant cuz I can already see how many shares I own on the CDP. ### 2/5 — After update app crash *2025-07-22, version 5.0.3* The app crash so often after update, it can’t access individual stock info. In favourite section, main list doesn’t load automatically. Need to go and select.. please give option to select default list for favourite. Home Screen. Category don’t work.. I cannot feel pleasure see the percentage change in each category, by clicking a specific category noting happens. By right it should show all the stocks in specific category Login not working.. How removal of the candlestick chart from previous version considered an “improved UI”? In the new version, It became very troublesome to see your favourite stocks, which needs a few clicks each time. While in previous versions, your favourite stocks could be set as the default home page. ### 3/5 — Reinstate daily highs and lows of stock *2025-02-24, version 4.0.3* After the update, I noticed that the live updates of the high and low for the day and buy / sell volume details are missing. It is a good data for us to gauge our buying and selling intent. Previously, all the new company announcements were listed together by dates, the latest on top. Now, I have to go through each individual stock to check what is the latest announcements. Extra time and effort taken to track new announcements. And to make it worse, only four announcements are shown and I have to click an extra time to list more announcements. ### 2/5 — New app update *2025-01-13, version 4.0.1* Previous version was able to open the app and it immediately shows Favourites. Now need to select Favourites and then the List. Fonts size is too large and takes from system settings. ### 3/5 — DCS - Direct Crediting Service *2024-10-22, version 3.9.11* The mobile app doesn’t offer the full capabilities of what a browser does. I can’t change the DCS via mobile app. It has to be done via a browser environment. ### 4/5 — All counters *2023-01-06, version 3.9.0* Easy to read, % of highs and lows shown, the daily and yearly graphs shown clearly and many other data shown. When click the individual company, the app just hang up! ### 1/5 — unable to view past companies’ announcement *2025-06-20, version 4.0.11* users can only see a company immediate 5-6 recent announcements . When Users click on “View full lists” all other companies announcement appear. When the alternative method using “News tab -> Announcement-> company name”, you need to type the exact full name including the hyphen --> “oversea-chinese bank corporation” ### 1/5 — Horrible new version *2025-03-03, version 4.0.4* The new version is not user friendly at all. A lot of info that can be seen in the old version is now missing from the new version. Worst still, today the signing in using singpass no longer works. After signing in using singpass, it keeps returning to the page that asks me to sign in using singpass again. Wonder who decided to upgrade the app. At least do a proper quality check before releasing it. ### 1/5 — Bad decision to update *2025-02-27, version 4.0.3* Lost access to current live volume data. Able to see only previous day volume. Too much info which is not related for my use. Still prefer the older version. I strongly believe a better user interface can be done. Just look around at the best apps in the market and be self-critical of your product. ### 1/5 — Price Alert Notifications Stopped Working *2018-04-05, version 2.5.4* The price alert notifications stopped working this week. There isn’t anyway to contact the App Developer other than to leave a review here.
