## What is Sha Shawarma?

Sha Shawarma is the ordering app for Sha, the Virtual Drive-Thru. You order on your phone, drive to the store, and collect from your car.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the app and tap ORDER NOW.
2. Pick the Sha store nearest you. The app can use your location to find it.
3. Browse the menu and build your order.
4. Pay in the app.
5. Track your order from your phone.
6. Drive over. The app uses your location to detect that you have arrived, and you collect from your car.

WHAT IS IN THE APP

- English and Arabic throughout, starting with ORDER NOW / اطلب الآن on the home screen.
- Location is used for two things: finding the store nearest you, and detecting your arrival for pickup.
- You stay signed in between visits, with your cart and your order exactly where you left them.
- Tap a phone number to call, a WhatsApp link to chat, or an address to open Maps. Each one opens the right app on your iPhone.

WHERE YOU CAN ORDER

Sha stores are in Saudi Arabia, among them Sha Al Aarid, Sha Ar Rawdah, Sha Rihanna, Sha Al Qadisiyah-Jaber, Sha Qurtubah and Sha AlNahdah. Open the app for the current list and the one closest to you.

Pickup only: you collect your order from your car at the Sha store.

This release updates our App Store screenshots to show the new three-step intro and the current ordering screens. The app itself is unchanged from 1.0.4.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-07

• A short three-step intro the first time you open the app: choose your branch, order before you arrive, and collect without leaving your car.
• The app now opens in Arabic. English is one tap away on the intro screen, and your choice is remembered.
• Sha’s own typeface throughout, in both Arabic and English.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-04

• Layout and stability improvements.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-30

• Tapping a category now brings you to the right place on the page.

• A new in-app menu, reachable from every screen — your profile, your orders, the menu, language and sign out are all one tap away.
• Switch between English and Arabic from anywhere in the app.
• A cleaner, smoother layout with the duplicate header removed.
• Clearer messages when your connection drops, so a half-finished order is never lost.
• Assorted fixes and improvements.
