I have used this multiple times, and for my latest order, its status has not changed when that was placed few weeks ago. They will charge you a huge fee (in about $50-100 depending how much you trying to bring) , in which you should expect than it will easily take more than few weeks to arrive to your place in U.S. Moreover, their customer service is only available for chat form and their response is too vague.
