My name is Darryl Reynolds and I graduated from Nova in 2017 as one of Shack’s athletes that he helped mold throughout my years on the team. I started my professional career in Poland and while I was overseas I relied on Shack’s fitness and nutritional advice to keep in top shape and came home even stronger than when I left. I attest these results to Shack’s attention to detail and his “lead by example” commitment to not only be a better athlete but a better human being.
