The control over the shades is easy to understand. The problem is that I haven’t found a way to change the shades within the groups. I don’t understand the grouping the app chose but it doesn’t allow me to control all the shades in one room without effecting others. I follow the instructions-app instructions carefully and the steps continue in an endless loop. They don't offer any support. Would not have purchased these blinds if I knew how difficult this would be. Stay away at all costs. If you add a second device it knocks off the other one. Then I can’t get the blinds added back on when I finally did get back on but knocked wife’s device off line.
