I can check details of my JBL credit cards from the Android app, but in iOS app, when i click on details button, the app starts buffering and gets hanged for infinite time. 
kindly consider this issue to resolve.

This app feels like it's from the 1990s, not 2025. The interface is severely outdated and difficult to navigate. Many basic features found in other modern banking apps are simply not available, making routine tasks frustrating and inefficient. A complete design and functionality update is desperately needed.

I am user of JBL I couldn’t get registering using this app when I put all of my information in app & press submit app automatically shut out from app.
I done delete & re-installed app but same problem.
Already informed to JBL customer care but they could not get me any solution. Expecting solution.

The "Shadhin" app is good, but I have a specific request. When transferring money to another account, it would be beneficial to receive a transaction receipt for verification purposes. Currently, there is no receipt available to take a screenshot and send to the recipient. It would be appreciated if you could address this issue. In contrast, your previous app "Just Pay" provided an organized payment receipt, facilitating easy transfers. I recommend focusing on improving the payment receipt feature for a better user experience.
