I loveeee this app! For someone who hates cardio and even music and tv can’t keep me distracted and get my mind off that I’m working out, this does the job. Instead of running or doing other cardio without a goal this app actually helps and shows you where I should be and how hard I should be working compared to me just guessing. Shado fitness helps me compete with others or just My goals every time I work out, using a point system making it competitive and not just a regular fitness tracking app, making me want to push harder every workout!
