Location gets stuck and freezes at one location. My trucks have been frozen in one location for eight months now. Tried calling and nobody has called me back. I don’t have time to deal with this. I know the problem is on their end. I’m getting sick of this. I will say the desktop version was not very good, but on my phone it’s great. Consistently shows the location of my truck and has 10-15 second refresh which for me it’s more than enough. I use it strictly for tracking as a security measure. It seems that other people may not be satisfied with its services as they may need additional services or a real time GPS. But if you just need security to know where your assets are and keep your drivers honest it’s been extremely helpful. ### 3/5 — Good … when it works *2023-04-14, version 2.05.03* This tracker app is good, when it works. Our trucks look like they’re standing still on the freeway or showing they’re in a different town, etc. we called a couple of times to report the problem, but there was no answer “due to high volume of calls”. Technical support is a total joke and can not do anything for me. Never mind I had to rip apart the dash where I installed the unit. Finally, talking to Kris and trying to get my money back is a huge chore. We will see if they hold up to their word on a 30 day full money back guarantee.
