I paid for a full year subscription. I still have a over five or six months left, and they just tried to charge me another year when I hit the restore button that’s why I gave it the rating I did. I will update once this gets fixed or if it doesn’t, I will update then. I was getting really into this now. I wonder if I should just leave it. **Developer response:** I’m really sorry about this, and I completely understand your frustration. I’ll do my best to help get this sorted out. ### 1/5 — Won’t delete my account and customer service is no help!! *2025-08-03* This app keeps charging my card even though I told them I want to cancel. They told me to go on my phone with my subscriptions, but it’s not there on my phone!! My card is getting charged $65 and I’m done DO NOT GET ON THIS APP THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DELETE !!!!! **Developer response:** I want to clarify this once more: we’ve already determined that your charges did not come from this app. After multiple emails and checking your subscriber ID, it became clear that your subscription was tied to an entirely different service which is not affiliated with us in any way. Despite this, I responded promptly, offered step-by-step guidance, checked my system for your subscription status, and even contacted Apple Developer Support on your behalf. I’ve done everything within my power to assist, even though the issue had nothing to do with our app. Leaving a review that claims we’re charging your card and won’t let you cancel is not only inaccurate it’s harmful to a small developer like me who’s done nothing but try to help resolve a problem that wasn’t ours to begin with. ### 1/5 — Unhappy customer *2025-06-18* I paid to continue in this app and they even sent me a notification where I needed to “tap” and it brought up a place to type in my email and password, so I did , but nothing happened it didn’t open anything to let me continue the following day. The following day again I was sent a notification and the same thing happen. Twice I tried changing my password and again it that didn’t work either. The email I was sent reply back to the email sent so I did but nothing happened. I paid what they demanded and can’t seem to get any help So far I’m not happy or sure it was worth the joining **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
