Have tried deleting and re-installing, still doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Same as others shared *2026-06-29* Horrible app! Nothing works on it. Cannot order pick up, cannot contact support. Cannot get credit for points. ### 1/5 — Orders not received by restaurant *2026-06-21* I tried to order via the app on two separate occasions (Feb 2026 & Jun 2026). Each time I got an error that the order was not placed but when I looked at my order history, I could see the order that I placed. One the first occasion I arrived at the restaurant and the associate said that they did not see an order for me. I called the restaurant on the second occasion and they confirmed that they had not received any order from me. Also, I could not customize the sauce options. I had to leave notes regarding the sauces, which were never seen because the restaurant did not receive my order. ### 3/5 — Unfortunately useless (UPDATED) *2026-06-19, version 3.4* Update May 2026: the QR code is now accepted at the mentioned store. I made my account seeing that you can scan a QR code to apply the reward points for in-person orders.
