It doesn’t know the difference between the metro green line and the red line. It’ll take you to a metro station saying it’s a red line but it really isn’t. The layout, features and design in nothing close compared to the older version. Design (UI), it has not been tested by Balsamiq. On my phone, the interface is not complete on the sides (part of it is hidden). It doesn’t look neat, it’s done “with its sleeves down.” The UX has become inconvenient and unclear. And the saddest thing is, why was support for the Russian language removed????? Today it has just saved my life! At the time of writing, there is heavy congestion of people happening in Burj Khalifa metro with the trains not working, and everyone trying to hail a cab instead. I booked a cab with a really helpful driver and now conveniently on my way to my destination. While waiting, I thought to myself more people should have downloaded this app and saved their time like I did. ### 4/5 — Not at all what I expected… *2025-01-02* The app is great to view all the departures and arrivals from and to a stop anywhere in Dubai which is really helpful. I thought that we would be able to just navigate to any place in Dubai like Google maps in Dubai but I’m so wrong.
