## What is ShakeFit?

Put your phone down where it can see you, pick a track, and move with the beat. Every repetition gets a grade.

ShakeFit reads your movement with the front camera. Pose estimation runs on the device and returns 16 joint positions, and the app scores the depth, the tempo and the shape of each rep, then answers immediately: PERFECT, GREAT, GOOD, or a coaching cue when the rep needs work. Land on the beat and the rep is worth more.

WHAT IS INSIDE
35 tracks across five genres: dance pop, aerobic, boxing, qigong and power
10 courses that open up as your movements level up
16 movements, from squats and jumping jacks to grapevines and cloud hands
23 original music beds, 70 to 140 BPM
Tracks run from 1.5 to 4.5 minutes, so a session fits the time you actually have

GRADED, NOT COUNTED
Most home workout apps count what you started. ShakeFit grades what you did. Twelve of the sixteen movements are graded from your pose, so a shallow squat is told it was shallow. The four fast rhythm movements are counted on the beat rather than read from your pose.

THE CAMERA WORKS ON THE PHONE
Pose estimation runs on the device. Camera frames reach the model and are discarded straight after, so no video and no image is stored or sent anywhere. Face landmarks are dropped inside the native module before the app can see them, and the figure on screen has no face and no hands. What does leave the phone is the numbers from your session, so your history survives a new phone. Signing in is optional and every feature works without it.

DATA THAT MEANS SOMETHING
A weekly goal counted in sessions. Muscle volume by body part. A level for every movement. Streaks. An estimated burn that is labelled as an estimate, not a measurement. Heart rate and active energy can be read from Apple Health while an Apple Watch is recording a workout. ShakeFit only reads, and never writes to Health.

MADE FOR SMALL ROOMS AND REAL KNEES
Low-impact mode swaps the jumps for knee-friendly variants. Silent mode keeps the coach quiet. Reduced motion tones the effects down. No equipment, no console, no TV.
