HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps you want to limit (YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, games, anything)
2. When you tap them, a "Locked" shield appears instead
3. Tap the notification, then shake your phone to unlock

5. Hit 100% and the app finally opens
