Compared to my past orders, My recent transaction was disappointing. The pizza looked like two separate pieces were just stuck together. The middle part was too thick, and the crust tasted a bit old—not the usual fresh bread quality I’m used to from other pizza places. Another issue is the cheese. It was barely there. Most of the pizza was just plain bread, which makes it feel like toppings are being reduced lately, especially on deliveries. I’ve noticed this in previous orders too. I hope this gets checked. I usually enjoy your pizza, but this recent experience didn’t meet expectations. I changed the pizza order quickly, but I wouldn’t take Coke regular instead of Coke Zero. I asked to cancel but they couldn’t because I ordered a bundle. I don’t appreciate them putting the burden on me to just accept the available item just because they don’t keep stock of items in the app menu. This is for Asia. ### 1/5 — Bug supercard registration *2024-07-28, version 4.23.0* I tried to order a bundle with supercard. Upon clicking add to cart, app asked for my bday for supercard registration but it wont accept any date beyond jan 1, 1990 When i reported this thru fb messenger, i got a very demeaning response saying that i need to reinstall BEFORE they would check the reported bug which basically meant that i am making a false claim and kept asking me for a screenshot of the error message which is not present in most bugs. Very disappointing customer service.
