Second, super buggy. Can’t change the number of units I want as an example. Great products, terrible experience. Call Bottle Rocket Studios or Frog Design to help you. ### 1/5 — Miss the Autoship *2022-07-15, version 2.1.0* Up until a few weeks ago, I could manage my auto-ship orders using the Mobil app. This allowed me to save time since I’m not always near my computer. Plus, it allowed me to change what I needed, when I needed without putting that burden on my distributor. Why was this feature removed from the mobile app? If it was not, how can I get this feature back? ### 1/5 — App does not work at all anymore *2022-04-30, version 2.1.0* Welp, in the last month the app stopped working at all. I’ve removed and reinstalled and still it only shows the loading page that just has the Shaklee name on it. It does not load and does not work. I cannot do a thing on it as no navigation loads whatsoever to be able to take myself off that useless page. Then I try and use the app support and website does not load. So I’ll leave this review here and Shaklee, you can contact me directly. ### 2/5 — For such a LARGE Company *2026-01-01, version 2.4.0* Would love to see their app actually open in a timely manner and work efficiently. The opening page is just frozen. No amount of work or waiting will load it. No message to users on awareness or work to resolve the problem is displayed. This issue is so frustrating and way below Shaklee field support standards! Update I deleted the Ap from my iPhone and reinstalled it and it started up. ### 5/5 — Exactly what my business needed *2020-08-10, version 1.0.1* The new Shaklee Connect App makes, taking my Shaklee business on the road, extremely efficient. It has everything I need to run my business from anywhere. The app is extremely intuitive and I don’t experience any latency, which means I can quickly access the app, run a report, sign up a new distributor, or perform any of the many functions the app is equipped with.
