SHAKS Utility can:
1. Adjust the SHAKS game controller's setting including turbo activation, sniper mode
2. Self-testst buttons, keys of your SHAKS's game controller.
3. Upgrade the firmware of the controller.
4. Check the manual 
5. Check the compatible game information
