I’m a beginner so the first time was a little uncomfortable but I’m slowly building up my tolerance. The sensation after using the mat and pillow leaves you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ve enjoyed the Shakti Shala App which has been complimentary to a beginners journey. The App sets you up for a mindful practice and it’s lovely to relax to the soft music and audio.
