He developed "core shamanism" in the 60's and recorded drumming for people to use for shamanic journeying. This is similar to that except you can specify how long you journey for. They're all very jarring and have weird snare parts or odd timing. I've participated in ceremonies all over the world and they've never sounded this way. Documentation says that app will continue to play back call back sound until user turns off. I am using an iPhone 5 ### 3/5 — Can be distracting *2012-12-12, version 1.6* I have been meditating for a number of years within a Buddhist context and I find that this product is okay if I am in poor mental states then it can calm things down a bit but after that, in my experience, it becomes a distraction to going deeper.
