I’ve been a Shamrock customer for many many years and am already registered for the expo. I downloaded the app in order to figure out the schedule and the presenters at the expo, but there’s no way to get into it. I tried my Shamrock ID, I tried my event ID, and nothing works. What’s the point of this app?
