Having to sign in multiple time just to make an order is such a pain. The app is next to useless other than printing invoices.

What is the point of having the app if I have to log in multiple time and show a window just as in website. Just keep using it online. It is a waist of time having or using the “app”

It is impossible to log into this app!

I have to login to the old app then another login then login to the new website. It’s too much.

App won’t allow a login with the correct credentials currently. I have confirmed that the correct credentials are being put in on the login screen as I am able to log in through safari. However, the app is stating that the listed account doesn’t exist or that the username and password combo is incorrect.
