This was the first time I used the app. I selected my physician, entered all the information it asked for (about 20 minutes worth) and finished for the site to tell me the physician I selected was no longer available. I then chose another provider and had to enter all my information again. When you are not feeling well, the last thing you want to do is re enter information. It would have been easier to go to urgent care. The provider was excellent and thorough so this 3 Star does not reflect his services.

The only flaw I found was that it only gave insurance choices for Shannon HDHP, etc. We have BCBSTX and there’s no way to type it in and it’s not on the drop down list. Other than that, everything worked out great.

We were able to have our son seen about a minor problem early on a Saturday morning in time for him to attend a school function. The doctor was thorough, attentive and friendly. This is an amazing service. We did not have to wait or be exposed to flu or COVID.

This was my first time using this app. I did not want to go sit in the waiting room forever, especially since I was fairly sure I have a sinus infection. The Dr. was very nice, professional, and patient when my three year old was jumping around. This visit was worth every penny. I’m very thankful for this app!

I had a sinus infection and after looking at the length of time it at walk ins I decided to give it the app a shot.  I was happily surprised how easy it was and so glad I don’t have to wait at walk in and risk getting something worse than a sinus infection.  I would use it again.

I have a tooth abscess and it literally took 10 minuets to get a prescription for antibiotics called in to my pharmacy. I don’t have insurance and it only cost $59. So much better than going to the emergency room and much faster and cheaper. I definitely will be using the service again and highly recommend it.
