## What is Shape It Up Pilates?

Welcome to Shape It Up Pilates, your home for movement, strength, and wellbeing in Rugby, Warwickshire. Whether you’re looking to join us in the studio or from the comfort of your own home, we make it easy to browse, book, and enjoy our Live and On-Demand Pilates and Springboard Strength sessions — all through our app.

Our classes are designed for real people, at every stage of their fitness journey. You’ll find small group sessions and one-to-one appointments, each guided by experienced instructors who know how to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve posture, balance, and flexibility.

Choose from energising Pilates workouts, or try our unique Springboard Strength classes, combining Pilates principles with resistance training for an effective, joint-friendly workout. With our On-Demand Library, you can access short, effective workouts anytime, anywhere — perfect for keeping your routine going when life gets busy.

We believe in flexibility — in your body and your schedule. Our memberships and class packs are designed to fit around your life, with easy rescheduling, the ability to freeze when you’re away, and no long-term commitment.
