If you are looking for an experienced Pilates instructor who also incorporates weights in a safe and sustainable way- this is the app for you! Gemma is the best of the best!

Great app. So many useful and easy to follow classes and challenges, all easily grouped into different categories and skills.

As a newbie too it’s has some beginner classes which has helped me ease in. 

The teacher is great at explaining all the moves also.

Looking forward to using this to help
Me on my Pilates journey.
