As a mom of two (9 & 11), life moves fast. Between the chaos, I’ve learned that movement is my anchor. A workout from Lish resets my mood, clears my mind, and reminds me I matter too. Not to mention her personal training sessions (whether in person or online)and tea’s are game changers! (esp. The CleanseMe tea)

I’m sooo thankful for Shaped! It fits into my real life, and meets me where I’m at. I’ve grown soo much from a young lady to a young woman under Lish (this year will make 5 years since first signing up!) And I am Grateful for the team behind her 💪🏾
