The program is great on its own, but having the app makes it even more helpful and well integrated into my daily lifestyle. So convenient to talk to my provider through here and also for scheduling and other similar stuff. Not too many notifications which I appreciate because I’ve had other apps that overwhelm me. 
Safe medical weight loss has never been so easy and accessible to me. Recommend!
