Placed an Oder on July 2, as of the 11th no product. Only notification is order delay. Sent a 20% discount!!!! BUT why would I want to order anything else???? Unable to locate an email address to contact customer service. Overall service sucks

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this company. Their products are okay however their customer service is absolutely horrible. 4 times I ordered something and it went to the wrong address. My address was changed from my address on my account when sent to the courier my address was incorrect. Even though I messaged over and over again customer service, which was so hard to get an actual person instead of AI, this issue was never resolved. Will not be ordering from this company ever again!

No Order History
This Shapermint App is not user friendly at all. Make sure you keep your email receipts and take photo shots because without them you have no way to look up your purchases otherwise. There’s absolutely no way to track your packages without your original order #.
Read before ordering
First time order. $200. Never received. Tracking told me order to be shipped April 9. I reached out after 2 weeks find out never shipped! I did not receive any notification order on back order. Joy customer service rep did not care if I was a customer or not! End result. Full refund. Deleted account.

This company is terrible. I ordered stuff back in January. It is now middle of March and I still haven’t received my product. I went back-and-forth back-and-forth with emails. No one to be able to talk to you on the phone with this company as a customer service. I emailed emailed email they tell me your order has been shipped. Your order has been shipped. I still have not received my order. No I got reimbursed back. I would never buy from this company again

This company is not subject to USA FTC laws so buyer beware. Just because they advertise here in the USA you need to be aware that the company and their customer service are located in Uruguay. If you purchase anything or set up an account I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU USE A CREDIT CARD THAT WILL PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY & ACOUNT IF THEY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION. Also USE A DIFFERENT PASSWORD. Since I signed up for this account, not only has customer service been horrible, I’ve been receiving alerts about my email & password being on the dark web. All to coincidental to me. BUYER BEWARE.

Terrible app
This app is completely useless. It shuts down randomly, doesn’t save any changes made to contact information, and is extremely difficult to navigate.
Zero contact
Their product is nice no doubt, but everytime they start shipment at wrong address. I have tried contacting them 100 times to send it to my default shipping address but there is nobody to actually talk to. All chat bots there. I am not going to any random address to pick my lingerie that they are delivering wrong and i dont want to pay for that.

I dont have option to leave zero stars otherwise I could have given that. This company is totally fraud they are keep shipping you their products without even sending an email that you're next shippment is ready. I checked today I am not part of their membership as well. I woke up today with a message notification and I saw there was order purchase with Shapermint.
I never purchased anything and if there is a recurring purchase these people should atleast send a message or email in advance to your customers for verifying the order. It is not a shampoo or lipstick that is being utilised in 2 months and now I need another one.
I want my money back. I am not getting option to cancel my order. I am not going to return the product and waiting for my refund. Without consent these people deducting money refund it now with my consent.

Scam
They have taken money, but they don't even know when or even if they can deliver the product. I have ordered on 24th December to date, and there has been no delivery. Weirdly, they are advertising to buy more, which they have no capacity to deliver.
My review
First of all, I was not impressed with the material or the sizing. It wasn’t true to size I measured myself and did what they said, and the bras barely fit and the rest of the stuff I couldn’t get over my shoulders or over my hips so no I’m not impressed if I could give it a zero I would. And by the way they say they have 24/7 Customer Service yeah if you wanna go online but the phone numbers that give you just tell you to go online you don’t get a customer service agent that’s a crock. All this leads me to believe that they’re out of town or out of the country. So I never did get to return all my products and I’m not happy about that. I will never order anything from them again.

Scam Artists
I have bought Shapermint products before. They are good products. But December 10 of 2025, this year. I ordered some tanks tops. The app says the expected delivery date is December 18, I’m writing this on the 27th. No delivery. They do offer a tracking number. But they don’t tell you what courier service they’re using.. So the tracking number is useless. I’ve contacted them through their AI Chatbot, I’ve emailed them.. All they do is send me a link to check the shipping update which is where we started with this. I’m not sure what my next move is, but I’m gonna contact the authorities to see if I can get my money back.. And as greater product as it is, I will never order a thing from them ever again.

I was in need of a couple new bras, and had liked the one I purchased from Shapermint before. While I was getting ready to check out, a pop up came up in my page, and asked me if I want to be a premier member, and get free shipping, and a discount on the bras I was ordering. I said YES!
Within 1 minute my order went through, and immediately, I saw they billed me for double the bras to 4, and that 2 of them are not my size. Smalls, and I wear XL.
Within one minute of my order I asked to cancel my order, and they said..sorry, it’s already been processed. Within one MINUTE!
They refuse to cancel the order. I will NEVER DEAL with SHAPERMINT again, and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of their terrible business practices.
Stay Away if you want to hold onto your money…they want it very badly, and will cheat you for it.

Well, that was a fabrication because small bras came even though I was assured the order would be corrected. But that was via chat. I need a live number in a live human on the other hand. I would like to give a good review on the clothing, but a small won’t fit me, but I can give you an offer review for your customer service as it’s been 6 1/2 weeks. And no one has reached out. I just gave the bras away and went back to where EALI. Maybe head office can now contact me.
