But there are some things that need work. There is no way to fully make blueprints. You must copy paste something already in your factory then place it elsewhere. The problem with this is if what you are building is far away, you have to drag that blueprint all the way to the other side of the map. There is a way to make markers to quick jump to locations but if you do so while holding a copy, it drops it and you have to go manually re copy it again. This is incredibly frustrating to me as I am trying to build exceptionally large builds. I want to rate the game higher but these are such easy fixes and are also problems I have seen brought up multiple times by other users in the past. This port/version is NOT good, and honestly does the game a disservice. There are multiple bugs that I’ve never experienced in the PC game that I can’t play for 5 minutes without running into here. 1. Belts that should be pushing 8/sec push 6/sec if you have tunnels, despite the fact they’re meant to run at the same rate. 2. Autosaves occur every few minutes, which is great except for the fact that it freezes the game for multiple seconds while it processes. 3. Splitters will randomly stop working if they’re flowing directly into a tunnel, requiring you to delete both and start the route over. 4. Any stutter in the game causes the tick rate to freak out, throwing off the production/delivery rate. I believe this could likely cause soft-locks in any instance where you’re required to produce a certain number of shapes per second. If this is the only way you can play Shapez, it’s not unplayable, but it is EXTREMELY close to it. I’d caution against spending your money here if you have any computer at all capable of running the full game instead. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work with Apple Pencil *2026-06-04, version 1.4.10* This could be a great game for the iPad, however the touch controls are very buggy when using the Apple Pencil making the game unplayable. Would buy the full game if this was fixed. ### 4/5 — Fun Game With Some Minor Annoyances *2026-06-01, version 1.4.10* The game itself is notably enjoyable, but there are some minor elements which could be improved. They do not detract from the fun, but would ideally not be present. 1. Some settings seem to reset on app close. The most annoying of these is the volume settings. 2. Sometimes you zoom out to select multiple tiles to delete, but it goes to the map view screen, takes you out of edit mode, and resets all your selections 3. I don’t think you can pick up a tool and place it elsewhere? You have to delete it, then recreate it. Slows down editing and makes it much harder to move things out of the way, especially if you need to move a whole mini-factory ### 5/5 — Vary addictive *2026-05-31, version 1.4.10* I love this game I’ve been playing for around 3 hours so far and it is a vary addictive loop. Build factory, upgrade factory to make it more efficient, and repeat. Absolutely an amazing and fun game loop. To build a long conveyer you have to look ahead constantly. You can’t drag your finger to build a conveyer. It also doesn’t let you play past level 6. When you reach level 7 it shoves a pop up in your face and if you try to close it you boots you to the main menu. Swapping between building and deleting is very slow, it makes you tap and hold to start deleting (which takes like two and a half seconds). I was hoping this was going to be a mobile port, but it’s just worse in every way compared to other versions. Go play Shapez 1 or 2 on steam. I play similar versions of this game on steam. Your introduction frustrated me so much that I uninstalled the game. Here’s why: I have extremely sensitive eyes. I saw a pop up that said I had completed the tutorial and that I could change the settings in the options menu. I get to the options menu to see if you had a dark mode as my eyes were KILLING me at this point with your gray on WHITE bright background. Lo and BEHOLD, you have a darkmode. I go to change it so that I can play a few levels of the game without my eyes burning. Then I see it “This feature is locked. Pay 6.99 to unlock”. What a god awful business model. I hope it burns when you pee. I hope you stub your toe. I hope your crotch becomes infested with a thousand fleas. Uninstalled.
