Eagerly took my money for a major appliance purchase. Rearranged our schedules to receive item. Called their toll line to get explanation. Waited on hold too long only to hear they were out of stock of an item that till now shows it is in stock online. We will see if I get my money back. The accessory product which was a multi battery charger was for an older model and not compatible. They insisted only on their exchange and refund policy and did not take responsibility for recommending and selling an unsuitable product for my primary purchase. I did not get charged the extra fee but after 2 days the item is still not delivered. I sent them a message via the chat but no one is responding. No information is given about expected delivery time. We were unpleasantly surprised on the delivery day that only the washing machine was sent which unfortunately was defective and had to go back. Contacting the salesperson, I found that they failed to coordinate, but he assured me that the rest would be delivered altogether in 2 days. After following up on the second day, we were told they were too busy to deliver that day, and we had to wait another day for the cooker to arrive.
