## What is SHARE?

SHARE - AHP (Allied Health Professional) is a secure patient portal designed for parents and guardians referring children to public speech and language therapy services.

The app enables users to complete case history questionnaires relevant to speech and language therapy assessment and referral. Questionnaires are age-specific, ensuring that the information collected is appropriate to the child’s stage of development.

SHARE AHP also allows users to securely upload and share audio and video samples with clinical staff, helping support assessment and clinical review.

The app is intended for adult users, particularly parents and guardians involved in the referral process.

By allowing users to securely submit case history information and supporting media directly to their public speech and language therapy service, Share AHP helps clinical teams receive relevant information in advance and supports a more efficient referral and assessment process.
