Poor execution *2026-02-11* I had the worst experience trying to use Sharebite for the first time. My card was activated and I could see the card number and expiration on the app. However, I could not add it to my Apple wallet. Their tutorial was useless and not helpful. I was not able to use it at the grocery store or at Uber Eats. The card declined when trying to use Uber Eats because it was showing up as "Taxicabs Limousines" charge. I only had 30 mins left to use it and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Customer service line keeps you on hold forever then just hangs up on you after a while. ### 1/5 — Terrible application *2025-06-11* Worst customer experience. App requires a login every time you use it. Can’t reach customer service by phone. I sat in a restaurant for over 30 minutes waiting for a password reset link that never came and the support team could not help. It seems there is a UI issue with older iPhones since I’m using an iPhone XR. Please fix! ### 1/5 — Awful inconvenient app *2023-09-09* Terrible app for rto. Everytime you open the app it updates your location so if you go to checkout and you are outside the radius you are locked. Regardless if you have checked in before. I use my Passport at my favorite coffee shop, lunch spot, and even grocery store. Plus, it’s so easy to use. I added mine to my Apple Pay and I can literally just tap it to buy something in person, or use it when I order something online. It’s super simple, easy to use, and works just like a credit card (but only when you have an active allowance). My favorite feature is being able to pool allowances with a coworker, so we can take turns for one of us to go pick up food for our team. Anyway, in the 6yrs since I’ve been at my company, I don’t think there’s ever been this much excitement over anything they’ve ever offered us.
