My main complaint is that it is flaky: frequently freezing or crashing, taking forever to open links, etc. Almost to the point of being unusable. I only put up with it because it’s the only way to earn HSA benefits at work. iPhone 14 Pro with plenty of memory and always updated to the latest iOS. ### 2/5 — Glitches *2026-08-06, version 2.65.0* Great idea in theory. I went to the website and tried to download it, but it gives you an error message. Would be nice if the system actually worked where I could print out the documents that I need to receive the credits I’m owed. I had no problems really until I opened it and started using it again this January. Everything is slow to load in the app. Tracking Green Days is a frustrating struggle because sometimes the app bugs out, including just straight-up not recording your responses. For example, I've had it happen multiple times where I've logged (tapped Yes on the dialogue window) that I took all my medications one day, only to have the app flag that I did *not*.
