The various views were very relaxing to us. When I got home, I looked for Sharecare Windows in the App Store and found it. I’ve been watching at home on cell phone. It’s is relaxing my anxiety which I need because it raises my blood pressure….I love the black screen ones for sleeping so it won’t screen burn the tv or have too much light in the room. I especially like the Yocalm series-very calming and well produced. ### 5/5 — Awesome App *2019-08-23* Totally worth the $6 a month (with subscription) and I use it every day to help manage anxiety and panic attacks. The video and audio are high quality and the app runs great.
