## What is Shared Calendar?

Shared Calendar (formally Custody Calendar) is a simple one entry per day shared calendar application.

You can store a daily pattern against each Shared Calendar to store your work shifts, child custody days or any other repeating pattern.

Once added a calendar can be shared with as many people as you like. You can email or SMS invites to others who can view the calendar on the web or iPhone App. You can set permissions for people you invite to read only, read-write or read-write and invite others.

Shared Calendar can be used by anyone who needs to share a calendar ( but is especially useful for managing a childs schedule when the parents are no longer together).

My family uses this wonderful app as an extended family event calendar.   It is top notch for coordinating elder care too.   Seriously, it is life changing to track events and puts everyone in several states on the same events page.   Kudos to the app inventors and thank you!

Needs to be more user friendly. I still can’t figure out how it all works. WAY too confusing. 
I can’t even send a simple review without having to choose a “nickname “?!?!?!?  After 20 attempts, all the nicknames have already been used.

I love this app, it’s simple and easy to use, and i love the way the layout works. I started using it when i had one job but over the years I’ve had to add a lot to my schedule and one improvement i would like to see would be color coding options for specific calendars. At a glance i would like to be able to see what days i work where instead of having every day on my calendar have a blue dot. It gets confusing at a glance to figure out where i need to be. 
No other calendar app has such a simple design and also offers color coding.

Another thing is that when you click on the Help and Support tab there’s absolutely nothing there, the tab is blank. 

Setting patterns has NEVER worked, there’s no way to set up what days they follow or for how long, and it would be nice if there were more options when trying to set them up, it also always starts on 1996 which is not helpful when you have to click through pages to get back to 2019.

We used this app to chart care for an ill family member.  We scheduled family visits, left each other notes, highlighted healing accomplishments and more.   A wonderful app!

There is a typo where loose is used rather than used in the calendar instructions so for that reason I deleted the app.

Took a while to work out and adding roster wasn’t easy but got there in the end.
But the ‘help and support’ button is empty so no help is available.
And can’t work out how to add holidays or edit certain days.
