## What is Shared Tasks & Chat?

Your group chat already has all your plans in it. It just doesn't remember any of them.

"I thought you were picking that up." "Did we ever decide on Saturday?" "Wait, who's handling this?"

If that sounds familiar, you don't have a communication problem. You have a memory problem. Every household, couple, and roommate group runs on conversation, but conversation disappears the moment it scrolls past. Kynspace fixes that.

Talk normally. Kynspace does the organizing.

Kynspace isn't another to-do list you have to remember to update. It's a shared space where you and the people you live with (or love) just talk, the way you already do, and AI quietly turns that conversation into four things that actually stick:

Commitments: who's doing what, and by when, so "I'll handle it" turns into something you can both see and check off.
Decisions: choices you've made, logged for good, so you stop relitigating the same conversation three times.
Lists: shared, standing collections (groceries, packing, projects) that anyone can add to and check off in real time.
Ideas: things worth remembering later, without cluttering today's plan.

No new app to learn. No rigid task fields to fill out. You talk, Kynspace listens, and the important stuff gets pulled out and organized automatically.

Built for real households, not project managers

Whether it's a couple splitting the mental load, roommates coordinating rent and chores, or a family juggling everyone's schedule, Kynspace works the way real households actually communicate: messy, casual, and mid-conversation. It works in any language, so nothing gets missed just because you didn't type it in English.

Nothing gets lost. Nothing gets relitigated.

Every commitment has one clear owner and a due date. Every decision is logged permanently, so there's no more "wait, didn't we already decide this?" Every list is shared and lives in one place instead of five different text threads. And when plans change (because they always do), Kynspace's renegotiation flow lets you reschedule without the guilt trip.

Why Kynspace instead of a to-do app or another group chat

To-do apps require someone to be the family project manager, opening the app and typing in tasks nobody else will look at. Group chats capture the conversation but bury every commitment under a hundred other messages. Kynspace is the only one built to do both: keep the conversation and extract the action, automatically.

What you get

A shared Stream where your household's real conversation lives
A Record of every Commitment, Decision, List, and Idea, organized and searchable
Personal and shared spaces, so solo tasks and household tasks don't get mixed up
Clear ownership on every commitment (no more ambiguous "someone should")
A renegotiation flow for when life happens and plans need to shift
Multi-language AI extraction, because your household doesn't only talk in English
A free-forever tier for one household space, no credit card required

### 5/5 — This made communication a lot easier when trying to get things done

*2026-02-12*

I really like the app, I can organize things I want to do in a list on a daily basis. I also used it to keep track of things we wanna get for the house and I share that list with my husband. I really like that it has a chat screen attached to each item, I can tell what my husband is talking about without trying to understand his cryptic messages.

**Developer response:** Really glad you're enjoying it. That's what it's built for!

### 5/5 — Easy app

**Developer response:** Glad it's working as intended

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.15 — 2026-09-03

We've rebuilt Listimo from the ground up and renamed it Kynspace.

Listimo started as a shared to-do list with a chat thread on every task. Kynspace flips that around: instead of you creating tasks and chatting about them, you just talk, and Kynspace pulls out what needs tracking automatically.

What's changed:
- New name: Listimo is now Kynspace. Same team, same account, new direction.
- Conversation comes first: Instead of manually creating a task and opening its chat thread, you talk normally in a shared Stream, and AI detects commitments, decisions, lists, and ideas as they come up.
- Four item types instead of one: Tasks are now split into Commitments (one owner, one action, one due date), Decisions (permanent logged choices, no more relitigating), Lists (shared standing collections like groceries), and Ideas (things worth revisiting later).
Stream and Record are now separate: The Stream is where the conversation lives. Record is where all your extracted Commitments, Decisions, Lists, and Ideas live as organized cards, filterable by type.
- Renegotiation flow: When plans change, you can reschedule a commitment without it turning into a whole conversation about it.
- Personal and shared spaces: Solo tasks and household tasks are now kept separate instead of mixed into one list.
- Works in any language: AI extraction is no longer English-only. Say it in whatever language you actually talk in.
- New visual design: Refreshed color system, typography, and a redesigned home screen.
- New free tier: One household space is free forever, unlimited members, no credit card required.

What's the same:

Your existing account, spaces, and history carry over.
It's still built for households, couples, and roommates coordinating real life together.

### 0.2.2 — 2026-05-26

We have been busy! Here is what is new in this version.

Due dates are here. Now every task can have a deadline, complete with color coding so you can see at a glance what needs attention soon, what is coming up, and what is overdue. No more guessing what is urgent.

Never miss a thing with push notification reminders. Set a reminder on any task and Listimo will nudge you at exactly the right time.

Pin your three most important lists to the top so they are always front and center the moment you open the app.

The header now tucks away as you scroll, giving your lists more room to breathe and keeping the focus on your tasks.

Send multiple images in a single chat message. Share a photo, a receipt, a reference, anything you need, all at once right inside the task thread.

Plus a round of bug fixes to keep everything running smoothly.

### 0.1.3 — 2026-03-10

- Removes restrictions for free accounts
- Bug Fixes

### 1.0 — 2026-02-11

No release notes.
