J’ai dû faire appel à eux à deux reprises, et à chaque fois ma demande a été refusée pour des raisons injustifiées. On a l’impression qu’ils cherchent la moindre excuse pour ne pas prendre en charge les sinistres. Une assurance censée protéger le cycliste, mais qui en réalité ne tient pas ses engagements. Je me suis fait voler mon vélo, et ils ont refusé de me rembourser en prétendant qu’il avait une gâchette d’accélération visible sur les photos. Pourtant, cette gâchette n’était qu’une simple aide au démarrage. Pendant plus d’un an, j’ai régulièrement posté des photos de mon vélo, et c’est seulement après le vol qu’ils ont « découvert » ce détail ! Ils m’ont assuré en toute connaissance de cause et, malgré cela, ils refusent aujourd’hui de respecter leur engagement. Ce sont des pratiques malhonnêtes, qui ressemblent à une stratégie pour éviter de rembourser les sinistres.
