Sometimes it even feels like it’s hanging or freezing. During trading, speed and stability are very important, so I request the developers to focus on improving performance and optimization. But on next T+1 Settlement day it was showing balance of 942₹. They already deducted my 44₹ brokerage and other charges for both buy and sell . And on next settlement day another 25₹ charges was deducted. I dont know why such irregular activities to do for earning additional income for those who hold option derivatives for more than 1 day. Worst app ever i wont suggest anyone. Totally Fraud. We appreciate your patience and cooperation and look forward to your response. ∞AH ### 1/5 — Worst Trading App Experience – Stay Away from PhonePe Share Stock *2025-06-21* I’ve been using the PhonePe Share Stock app since its launch, and as someone with 4+ years of trading experience, I can confidently say: this is one of the worst platforms out there. The app is full of hidden charges — especially in F&O. You won’t even realize where your money is going. Charges keep getting deducted on every trade and on settlement night, you’ll wake up to see a chunk of your money just wiped out without any warning or breakdown. It’s not just shady — it’s borderline unethical. The platform is slow, buggy, and completely unreliable. Price data doesn’t match the live market. It lags when it matters most, and no serious trader should trust this app for actual trades. It feels like it was built just to trap unsuspecting users and drain their money — even if you’re in profit, you can end up in loss by next morning due to random deductions. I’ve already filed a complaint with SEBI, and I suggest others do the same. Bottom line: Don’t fall for the PhonePe brand name. This app is a scammy and careless excuse for a trading platform. I have some orders which are not being displayed in the positions and the order got executed successfully after 20 mins and so being in hold. The amount is not credited and the order is also not displayed in positions. I have raised 2 tickets with the support team and didn’t get any proper response from them. I have even called the customer care support, the call to the executive got connected after my 5th call and have waited for more than 15mins to talk with them. And the response i got from them is a technical error and we are trying to resolve it asap and till appear in your positions but they are not hiving any assurance about this. Who will be responsible for the money we have invested to trade? Is it our fault to have technical issue while placing order and you guys are not ready to repay my amount i have invested and repeating the same words, it will take some time, it happens some time, we are working on this to resolve asap. You will be charged wrongly .Suppose If you buy a stock one 1st day, and sale it on 3rd day, & buy the stock again on 3rd day, you will see the stock price is same as day before yesterday purchase.. you will never know how are you getting charged. Also withdrawal time was 1day before , now suddenly it’s two days.. And you will never get any help from the customer support, because they don’t have any power.. The order executed time doesn’t not even match to the actual time it executed 3. I set a sell limit, but it wasn't reached, and the order was executed automatically at the end of the day. The next day, when I purchased the same shares again, the average price calculated included the previous day's lower price, resulting in a misleading profit margin. In reality, I incurred a loss when I sold the shares. Confused by the situation, I tried again and ended up booking another loss. To make matters worse, the previous day's transaction still appears in my account even after canceled thrice. Last Friday I was place a conditional limit order on 38 price but my order executed on 26. Even price didn’t gone above 30. Due to this my profit converted into loss. I faced 3-4 time this issue. And every time I exit with loss. And if you can add trailing stop loss on price chart would be grate for traders like in Dhan, you can see profit/loss or modify you SL on price chart itself.
