## What is Sharent房東助手?

▶ 核心功能
1. 房源管理：房東可新增房源，甚至開啟批量新增，能讓您一次新增數十甚至數百間的房源；身為專業包租公的您是不是覺得很大心呀！並可一覽所有房源的出租狀況，是誰欠款一眼就知道

2. 帳單管理：透過合約設定，每期帳單自動生成，收租提醒準時發送系，與租客端綁定後，系統將自動發送帳單予租客，供其使用 sharent 線上繳款功能（ATM轉帳、超商條碼繳款、信用卡）；當租客繳款後，系統自動將帳單標記為已收款，實現收租過程全自動化。

別擔心！若不想與租客端綁定，您可以在房源管理頁面點選「確定收租」，使用手動收租方式，即可完成收租，帳單狀態也將變更為已收款。

3. 我的錢包：透過線上收租的款項，將於第三方金流撥款後，保存在房東的錢包內，sharent每月提供一次免費提領（不收取手續費）；在此您還可以透過日期、款項狀態查詢每筆繳款紀錄。

4.  集中抄錶：房東只要一一輸入電度數，sharent自動幫您換算本期電費，一次完成整棟樓的抄表，不再需要重複切換頁面，這麼好用你還不來試試？

5. 通知提醒：
房子太多，租客入住時間不同，收租日也不同，時常產生忘記收租情況。對此，sharent 設計了收租提醒功能，在每個租客入住時就設定好，提前幾天提醒，徹底解放緊張的收租神經。
租客使用線上繳款後，房東將立即收到已繳款通知，待第三方金流撥款後，可於 sharent錢包申請提款。
