But unless you're a wiz with computers, not worth your time. The interface is NOT easy. I figured out how to link to my company's site, but it shouldn't have to be so difficult to figure out all the features claimed in the App Store. I moved on to something else. Just need something that does tasks correctly. ### 1/5 — Crippled *2016-05-27, version 4.2.34* Free version only shows first 10 items in a sharepoint list! Useless! ### 1/5 — The free version is crap *2016-04-04, version 4.2.19* I hate apps that say 'FREE!!', then hit you with the bait and switch. It's free to install. It's not free to use. They limit you to 10 documents, then charge $17.xx per year for a subscription. I'm ok with paying for apps; programmers should be compensated. But I absolutely abhor companies that say their app is free when it is anything but. ### 1/5 — Mrs *2016-03-20, version 4.2.16* I do not wish to subscribe! ### 1/5 — Support is SLOW *2016-02-12, version 4.2.11* Although the App appears fairly good, support is painstaking. One reply per day and they don't even pay attention to everything you're stating or the logs you submit at their request. Hard for me to recommend an App to customers given this level of support. They cannot get the site sync to work between devices, and don't really seem to care. Update: Issue has yet to be resolved going on for over a month now. Last contact was 8 days ago when they were evaluating log files, and now they want to close the issue, without even responding to the support case. There's no way this project can move forward with support like this. Harmon.ie is a much better product and has been much more responsive support wise. FYI.. I've subscribed to SharePlus Pro, so paying for App and support. ### 1/5 — Can't open documents *2016-01-09, version 4.2.9* The old version 3.x was fine, this new 4.x looks shiny but it can't open the main documents library of a site. It can open every other library and list, but not the most important. Unfortunately that makes the app largely useless until this is fixed. ### 2/5 — Key features not working. No response from support *2015-12-22, version 4.1.4012* I upgraded to the yearly subscription to have full functionally of all of the app features. While the app offers the best sharepoint experience I've seen in an app, some of the advertised features (Can't save dashboards) do not work and support has been relatively unresponsive in my multiple attempts in getting all functionally to work as advertised. I used to be able to do it on busses, playground duty and excursions. Was great. It needs an Infragistics login - I am still waiting, 10 days later and two support calls to have my login setup and enabled. Probably. Does it edit all slick and colorful like the execs love? No doubt it does whatever it says it will do. I downloaded and quickly read the agreements. There is NO way on Gods green earth I could push company data I DONT own into this app with an agreement that signs away NIST defined CUI, trade secrets, financial analysis, company contact info, as well the first born of every board members grandchild. What concerns me more than SharePlus’ lack of judgment with this agreement, if self described IT professionals have put their company data here where SharePlus states they will use it anyway they want, and if it isnt your data to share, too bad so sad - they dont care. Shareplus, please tell me I have this wrong, that I have misunderstood the agreements.. ### 1/5 — Won't down load after bug fixes LOL *2019-06-27, version 4.15.4* Cmon guys Joke and positive reviews sound like same author ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2018-06-02, version 4.11.3* I was excited about using this for my small business; went all-in and purchased the $60/yr pro version for the amazing visualizations feature. However, upon setting up my account I misspelled my email account. The setup process did not include an email validation, but rather, accepted the wrong email and then requires me to access a code that it sends to the wrong email in order to complete my registration. Obviously, I cannot access what is sent to a non-existent address. This has me stuck in a frustratingly vicious loop! I have requested support service twice, sending details of the problem each time with not response.
