The process both of enrolling and logging in is absolutely horrendous; the call center was completely swamped due to the sheer number of customers with issues.

Everytime I try to log in it says error while performing internal operation. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloaded it and still having issues

With the new app, the feature to make a credit card payment is gone. I can only do that on the web now, which is an inconvenience. I would much rather have the old app with that feature still in place. Not happy about this at all.

The new app is slow and doesn’t load any of my transactions. Tells me I have no new transactions but I clearly have based on my balances. Frustrating!

The look and feel is kinda nice, but I don’t like how the organization of the accounts is so easily changed by placing your finger in the wrong spot while scrolling.  There should be a way to lock the organization of accounts once you’ve organized them.  Secondly, I can’t pay my credit card by clicking balance payoff. I have to select custom payment, then put in my balance.  You should change whoever you use for app development.  It never seems to be as good as other banking apps I use, sorry to say, because I really like Sharepoint, and I’ve been a member for 30 years.

Two words APPLE PAY, my god!!!! Seems like no one wants to take cash anymore, get with the program.

However, most of the features and functionalities do not work or load incredibly slow. Example - I select my checking account to view transaction history. The app sits in loading screen for minutes then “no transaction history available.” I also do not like how the landing page shows your account balance right away. The app has some bugs but I’m sure in the future it will be improved and sorted out. Inconvenient for the time being..

Like the new look but this new version LOST a major functionality feature: credit card account access! I cannot access my credit card balance or pay my credit card via my phone. I have to log in via laptop. Very disappointed that I can’t do this anymore. Hope this gets added back soon.

All things that were complained about years ago were addressed along time ago this app just keeps getting better as they add more and more for the members
