It just crashes immediately during the sign in process. ### 1/5 — iOS App Photo Support / Features WEAK *2018-06-09* Works great on PCs, but the iOS app is so far behind it is impractical for serious business users. I’m an IT professional and after months of requesting fixes and basic enhancements from Intermedia, with little to no response, and no action, I had to move many clients to a different solution. ### 1/5 — Can't view or open any file types *2016-04-21* As of latest version I can't view any file types in the app - not even PDF's - and trying to open them in other apps results in a corrupted file - sometimes corrupting the actual file which I then have to go fix from my pc backup. Whenever I try to upload more than a few photos at a time, the app crashes. That makes the app fairly useless at the moment. Please fix. ### 3/5 — Love it, but still waiting for PDF uploads *2025-02-26* I own an IT company, and I really like ShareSync and its ability to securely sync and share company data. However, why is it that for years I’ve (we have all) been waiting for the simple ability to upload PDFs? I go to upload and I can upload in Dropbox, OneDrive, and even Elevate. But ShareSync is not allowed! Please fix this obvious issue. ### 3/5 — Good but could be better *2018-05-07* It’s one of those tools that I couldn’t live without, but wish I could easily upload images to share sync. I should t have to eMail myself photos. Just needs dark mode now to keep up with iOS13.
