Ich konnte den Führerschein nicht verifizieren – ohne ersichtlichen Grund. Auch telefonisch konnte mir niemand sagen, woran es liegt, da sie es selbst nicht wissen. Daher kann ich keinen Account erstellen, weil Sharetoo offenbar nicht imstande ist, Probleme in der App zu lösen.

Ich wurde heute gesperrt und der Support weigert sich meinen Account wieder freizuschalten.
Ich denke dass sie im Moment wahllos Nutzer sperren die ihnen „Verdächtig“ erscheinen, als Versuch die vielen Beschädigungen an den Fahrzeugen einzudämmen. Dass das keine Zielführende Maßnahme ist werden sie hoffentlich auch bald verstehen.

Wahrscheinlich der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je kontaktiert habe! Zuerst hatte ich eine fehlgeschlagene Zahlung für 86€, und ich verbrachte eine Woche zu beweisen, dass die Zahlung erfolgreich war, die Antwort kommt einmal in 3 Tagen am besten! Dann hören sie einfach auf, mir zu antworten und sagen, dass Sie blockiert sind, ohne Erklärung. Ich empfehle diesen Service nicht weiter! Man hat das Gefühl, es mit inkompetenten Leuten zu tun zu haben. Gott sei Dank gibt es in Europa viele Alternativen zu diesem furchtbaren Service.

Ich wohne in Wien und nutze oft die Autos von Wien Mobil für Transport von Möbeln oder kleine Umzüge. Leider werden diese Autos durch die Dienstleistung von sharetoo verwaltet und angeboten. Schon vor dem ersten Mieten gab es technische Probleme: Validierung von Dokumenten nicht möglich, Telefonnummer kann nicht hinterlegt werden etc. 

Nach einiger Zeit hat es dann geklappt und ich konnte die Autos von Wien Mobil nutzen. Nun wollte ich kürzlich einen Transporter mieten und musste feststellen dass mein Account gesperrt wurde, ohne weitere Information. Ich habe beim Support nachgefragt, diese haben mir geantwortet mit dem folgenden: "eine Freischaltung ihres Accountes ist nicht möglich", "es handelt sich um eine endgültige Entscheidung" und "von weiteren Anfragen zu diesem Thema ist abzusehen". 

Für mich geht damit ein wichtiger Teil der Infrastruktur Wiens verloren, weil unglücklicherweise sharetoo damit beauftragt wurde. Ohne Angabe von Gründen wurde mit der Zugang gesperrt. Für mich ist die Erfahrung mit sharetoo insgesamt an Qualität kaum zu unterbieten.

Früher war die App sehr gut mittlerweile ist sie eine Katastrophe, mehrere Bekannte können sich kein Auto mehr leihen weil verschiedene Dinge nicht funktionieren.

Habe Mir die App vor über einem halben Jahr geholt und warte seitdem, dass mein Account frei geschalten wird.
“Enrollment request processing” - meinen Führerschein habe ich schon 2 mal hinzugefügt alle anderen Daten sind auch hinterlegt. Nach Anruf beim Support wurde mir gesagt dass das 3-4 Werktage dauert.
Also sehe nicht wo das Problem ist. Kunden hinhalten aber Ihre Daten speichern. Was soll das? Könnte man 0 Sterne geben würde ich das machen.
