该app在下载安装时就附带自动续费功能，并且只有按周30元计费模式，但在该apo隐私政策中还保留按月45元和按年98元计费模式，比按周计费要优惠许多。为什么给消费者最高计费选择？该形式存在欺诈行为，严重损害消费者权益。未成年人在试用该软件后当天立即卸载并关机，却导致按周扣费21周，直至家长查询信用卡清单才发现已被扣费近半年，共计735元的费用。远远高于该软件年费98元。请开发者正视合约漏洞，退还非法所得，还消费者权益！
