There apps not showing international time, Like 20:00 or 17:00. The are like am and pm. I never saw any online ticket company showing like this type of timetable. Always 24 hours clock system. I was totally shocked when I purchased my tickets for 8:10 mornings but when my tickets issued after 10 hours I saw it 8:10pm, I was in big trouble and changed my ticket same date and time changed and charged me 9332BDT. Which is totally unacceptable situations. The customer service support team is very poor. It’s a very poor quality apps. Need to report civil aviation authorities as soon as possible. Never recommend this apps for any business. ### 1/5 — Worst for flight booking *2024-12-05* I am ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS about this blatant overcharging by ShareTrip! I have concrete proof that both flights were EXACTLY THE SAME PRICE, yet they had the audacity to charge me a BDT 900 "fare difference" out of nowhere! But wait, it gets even WORSE - they slapped on a 2000 taka fee that isn't mentioned ANYWHERE in ShareTrip or Air Astra's policies, PLUS a ridiculous 400 taka "service fee" and a bogus 49 taka "convenience fee" - convenient for WHO exactly?! Choosing ShareTrip + Air Astra was the biggest mistake I could have made - my Dhaka to Cox's Bazar flight is now costing me over 14,000 taka, which is MORE than any other available flight right now! I will be making a video to expose this deceptive pricing and warn others about their scamming tactics. Every single person needs to know how they're ripping customers off with these hidden charges, fake fare differences, and endless unnecessary fees. Even though I provided a valid phone number, I kept receiving an error saying, “Invalid number.” The process is frustrating as I’m stuck in the same place repeatedly.
