She makes us feel very welcome. The food is great. I love the salmon. And the free pie Wednesday is a perfect ending to a great meal. ### 5/5 — Team Players *2022-06-25, version 1.3* I had opportunity to interact with three servers tonight. They were team players and make sure my needs were taken care of. Server Dawn was helpful and provided quick and friendly service. Trainee Gabrielle was cheerful and lit up our morning with her smile. Sad to see the quality going down. Also 2 men came in without the staff saying anything..poor for business and dangerous to all customers and staff. Been going there since you opened. Well tonight it was chicken fried meat crumbs. There was nothing in there that even resembled steak! Our server was great! She quickly got me another piece but alas the same carcass of fried breading😤 However the server quickly offered another meat type and free slice of pie…I just figured the pie was perfect…dessert always makes me happy. ### 5/5 — Oscar is the best waiter around! *2021-07-20, version 1.3* We had really GREAT service and the food was good. Oscar is one of the Best servers around hopefully Sheris recognizes him because it would be a shame to lose him. He’s so caring and accommodating and we enjoy having him wait on us. When we came in, Oscar right away greeted us with a smile and recognized us from last time which was very impressive. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very unhappy *2024-03-18* First, they messed up my girlfriend’s casadia, then we had them redo it, they messed it up again. And messed up my sandwich. I specifically stated tomatoes on the side, and paid for cheese and ham. They left the cheese and ham off. But put the tomatoes on it. I am allergic to tomatoes, so I sent it back. They literally just pulled the tomatoes off, and sent it back to me. Half a sandwich later, my lips, and tongue start swelling up, and I got shaken, and my throat started closing up. After inspecting my sandwich, it still has lots of tomato seeds, and even a bit of tomato still on it. I kindly told the waitress. She said basically there was nothing she could do. It was a new cook. I now can barely breathe. She should have comped the whole meal by that time. I am beyond upset. We are regular customers. They could have killed me. Due to my allergy. And they didn’t even care ### 1/5 — Super disappointed! *2022-04-06, version 1.3* They want you to sign up for their Rewards program but it took almost four months for them to respond to my communications, when the app didn’t work!! They finally fix the app, respond to me, and now they say my saved receipts are too old to be accepted! Wow!! If they don’t correct this, I will NEVER go back! 😤 ### 2/5 — Friday night meal *2022-06-18, version 1.3* So I’m homeless and jobless at the moment and I value the money I have and spend it wisely. Been saving for a prime rib dinner at sharis for a little while. Brass tacks, worst dinner I have ever had. The steak was over 3/4 fat and way over salted, the potato was maybe 3/4 done, hard. And the rice was cold. On top of that I was pretty much ignored for seating cause it was just me. Use to eat here all the time. We have not been very happy with the corporate changes that Sharis has made for the past couple of years and now this “NEW” system using the app will probably be keeping us from going to Shari’s as much. We used to go a couple times a week, but we have many other choices of restaurants in our area. I do NOT like to load up useless apps on my phone. However, the food was not up to your usual standards. The pancakes were half the usual size and tough like leather. Wait help said they waited for the pancakes to be ready, before serving the sampler plate. I had the avocado Benedict was also served cold to the touch. ( English muffins felt like it was just taken right out of the refrigerator) . Requested that my meal be put in the microwave to get it edible. Although a Slice of pie was offered and accepted for the awful experience, it still was not a pleasant experience. ### 4/5 — Friendly staff *2022-03-04, version 1.3* My 95 year old father has been a loyal customer for many years, because of the variety in the menu. After a pandemic- induced absence of about two years, the manager, Lexi, still remembered him (and his wife). She brightened his day by stopping at our table to say hello. Today we met my husband’s daughter and husband that he never knew he had. The.
