It shifts around and I can’t see the sharks in the area by name. And we get to track them and learn why they’re coming here thanks to AWSC! (All the juveniles found in Cape Cod Bay recently really locks up their intention.) I cannot wait to share all of this with my inner city, middle school students! ### 5/5 — Good app but one issue *2025-08-14* This is a great app. I love to check areas and see where the sharks are at. I use it all the time and I have respect for the developers who made shark activity. One problem I have is the map only shows me shark activity in the east coast (Boston/Maine) but not west coast or in the south (Texas/Florida etc…) I want to know where more sharks are at but great app. It might just be I don’t know where to do that though. ### 3/5 — Looking for more Info *2025-08-01, version 2.2.6* Is there a way to track an individual shark? All I saw was some horrible and brutal images of dead, floating, or washed up seal carcasses. Such images should be their own category or be a click to view option. When you open the new version with a broad view of New England waters, it makes it appear that there was minimal shark activity. A specific area on the map will appear to have no activity. However, when you expand that specific map area, you often discover that there has been activity there. I prefer the older version that displayed all the activity at once. It was easier to see where sharks were present rather than having to engage in the time consuming process of having to expand views as you proceed up the coast from the Cape to Maine. ### 1/5 — Old app *2024-07-31, version 2.1.5* Not sure why they changed the app. It was simple and informative.
