I often used it to scan my account when I would order in the restaurant. Easy. Now if I order in the restaurant they have to print the receipt, and then I have to scan the receipt. They made the whole experience worse. The only rationale is they want you to use the app to order. App works well and is intuitive but very rigid in not allowing options. Scan of card didn’t work. When I canceled that the app took me to the Home screen. Is there a link to the cart so I can get back to the irder, no. Bottom line is the person or people that designed this app used a cookie cutter design to save time in lieu of knowing the restaurant and how great the food is. This is to in my opinion prevent people from earning points . Definitely dont like it and have been going to other places because of this policy . Meaning you’ll need to use the same email address for any restaurant that uses the same login service, or use a different credit card for each restaurant. It does not allow the same credit card to be linked to different email addresses.
