It was very surprising for us. We have been trying to get app for the assigned group but couldn’t get any help so far. Since Decemeber or January, I have not been able to pay my insurance bill on the app. I'm not able to do it through the website on my phone either while using Safari. It's super annoying having to figure out which browser (Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera GX) is compatible with Sharp just so I can pay my bill. When I tried requesting a new ID (which I never received, like I do annually without requesting) I never received it. So I called to make a request a new ID card and still haven’t received that one it’s been 3 months now. My address on file is correct as well. Sharp is and has been the best insurance by far, no competition at all whatsoever. From the customer service, the easy referrals, scheduling. Always easy never months out. And the billing has always been correct. When I ask how much something will be they know. I’m not an easy patient I’ve had cancer twice. And the doctors and care I’ve gotten has been amazing. I’m constantly having to close out the app, which is super frustrating after I’ve finally made some progress finding a practitioner. Your app doesn’t have an option for dental and none of the provider options (primary, specialist, vision, etc) work when I click them in your app. ### 1/5 — Recent update is not working *2026-01-04* The new update for this app needs work, I can longer click on things and have it load. I try to look at my ID card, see cost analysis, any links do not work and I need to go on the webpage to access. Please update asap Before this latest update it was fine and I had no issues.
