It’s frustrating to have to reduce the font size every time I use the app. Edit. I got a message that this glitch has been fixed with the latest forced update but unfortunately nothing has changed. Keep up the good work! =======below is review from end of March ‘26 This is strictly a review for the Sharp patient app as the medical professionals at Sharp are excellent. Been w/Sharp before “FollowMyHealth”. FMH was simple & logical. A recent update moved the appointments to under the “Message Center” - why? Took a while to figure that out. When an appointment is scheduled, could you put the name of the medical person or medical department you have the appointment with instead of “Your Healthcare Team” - that would be more helpful for at a glance type of thing. (Yes I know I can use the search). Also have a mechanism to upload more than 3 photos to a message or have a secure path to upload over 3 photos. ### 2/5 — New version menu blocked on iPhone *2026-04-21, version 1.31* In the latest, I can't access the main menu. It's blocked by a white bar. I can see it's there when I try to scroll up or down but it's blocked when I try to click on it. ### 4/5 — My visit *2026-04-15, version 1.31* Hi I have been in the hospital for a few days and for the most part I feel that the nurses are very helpful and caring. I click around a whole lot of places before getting where I need to go. Things could be labeled better and more intuitive. Information is hidden and not easily accessible.
